Did you have this issue on every video or just one? We have had several customers reach out to me with buffering or stoppage concerns. I have reached out to our video supplier and he has assured me that their servers are working well and dealing with the load well. If it is buffering that may be due to the extra load on your Internet service providers local servers.
Buffering and sound both! I wonder if the system is just overloaded. I did only try one movie I don't have any trouble getting Netflix or other ROKU channels...

It started working! Not sure why it is different than before! I watched Pilgrims Progress and recommended it to my children and grandchildren.
Is there a way to adjust the volume? My computer volume is at 100%, but it is still hard to hear....
Glad it is working better for you. There is a volume control if you hover your mouse on the bottom the screen next to the close caption icon. I hope this helps and you continue to enjoy and share Redeem TV.
