I was excited to watch, but lost sound a couple minutes in and could not get ti back
Did you have this issue on every video or just one? We have had several customers reach out to me with buffering or stoppage concerns. I have reached out to our video supplier and he has assured me that their servers are working well and dealing with the load well. If it is buffering that may be due to the extra load on your Internet service providers local servers.
Buffering and sound both! I wonder if the system is just overloaded. I did only try one movie I don't have any trouble getting Netflix or other ROKU channels...

It started working! Not sure why it is different than before! I watched Pilgrims Progress and recommended it to my children and grandchildren.
Is there a way to adjust the volume? My computer volume is at 100%, but it is still hard to hear....

Glad it is working better for you. There is a volume control if you hover your mouse on the bottom the screen next to the close caption icon. I hope this helps and you continue to enjoy and share Redeem TV.

I did already have it at top volume... the CC helps..But is there any way they can up the max volume a bit?
I'm sorry. If the volume on the video player, and computer/device are at top volume, I would suggest you might need better speakers.
There is an additional way of increasing volume in most computers. Go into your computer's master settings and see if it can be set at a higher level. Your computer company's support forum can help if you don't know how to do that.

In Chrome install volume booster and you can turn the volume up to 200%

I love this service and thank you for providing it. I do agree with the comments above that there are buffering issues on several of the videos that I watched. Also, on the Bible Collection series can you upload David & Joseph.

The best thing to do if buffering issues continue is to click help on the bottom of the screen as that goes directly to our video provider and they can trouble shoot the problem right away. They are telling me that their servers have lots of capacity and buffering usually is an issue of local traffic at your Internet Service Provider (ISP). Thank you for the list of titles! We do not currently have the rights to show those titles but we hope to add titles like that in the future. Thank you for being a part of Redeem TV.

Hi Matt, I love the concept but have had buffering issues on every video I’ve tried to watch. We have an excellent internet service, so it appears the problems are on the other end. Hopefully, you will be able to get the bugs worked out.
Not sure why you would still be having buffering issues. Next time it happens please go to https://watch.redeemtv.com/contact/support and contact our video suppliers tech team who should be able to better troubleshoot the issue in real time.
