why can't I get sound

I have no sound either. Using the Roku TV App. I have attempted many different programs but still no sound. I logged out of my account then logged back in thinking this may help but it didn’t. Thanks for your help

Thank you for responding so quickly. After I wrote I realized the one thing I didn’t try was resetting my TV. I unplugged it, waited a few minutes. When I plugged back in my TV the sound returned. Thank you again and have a blessed day!
We have tried to watch several programs on Redeem and none have sound. We are receiving Redeem on a Firestick. I just restarted the Firestick and still no sound. We have sound on other channels.
Hi. Sorry you are struggling to get sound through the Fire Stick. Is it on every video or just some of the videos? Some customers have found unplugging the TV and replugging it in fixes the issue as it causes your TV to "reboot". I tried watching Saving Sophia and also Sagauro boys ranch, but the sound is akin to a whisper and finally I had to give s
up. Most other progra mmes, like the Easter Series are loud so we don't need to strain.
Please increase the sound.
Hello, sorry for the late reply. I have checked both those titles you mentioned and their sound is at the same level as the other titles we have. Are you still having trouble hearing them?
