Hi, Sorry about the difficulty you are experiencing. Is your TV a Smart TV? Are you able to stream other streaming service videos through your Firestick onto your TV? Some Smart TV's will block the Firestick's ability to stream a video on them as the operating system of the Smart TV is pushing you to download an app that comes from their app store. Matt I also saw a code at one point I was to enter and on my email it says sign in but doesn't let me when I click on it. I am guessing code should have gone there. It takes me to blurred Redeemed TV frozen page with this message " You are now signed in.

Your app will now automatically update."
But it doesn't change. By the way this is the 3rd comment from me. I think I got them out of order some how. Sorry
