That is a great question and one that I have been asked by others. We do not currently have a Samsung TV app and we have found that some Samsung Smart TV's have begun blocking the use of Roku, Amazon Firesticks, Chromecast, and even Apple TV, which makes it very difficult for Samsung Smart TV owners to watch RedeemTV. In some cases the Samsung TV's even block the streaming video feed if you use the TV's web browser. I have been in contact with our App Developer about providing a Samsung TV app. Unfortunately, due to the high level of customization needed to develop a Samsung App the cost of that one app is nearly 3 to 4 times as much annually has any of the other apps. We are looking into some ways of engaging our subscribers to see how many of them would like to donate to having a Samsung TV app created. Please stay tuned to emails from us about this need. Hi Yvonne, Sorry the delayed response. The easiest way to watch RedeemTV on a Vizio TV is by using either a Roku, Amazon Fire, or Apple TV device. If your television blocks the signal from one of those devices then you can use an HDMI cable from your computer, Chromecast, or some other casting service. Let me know if this is helpful.
