Thanks for this venue. I watched a couple of movies last week and had no problems. Last night I tried watching three different videos and each one stopped after about ten minutes and would not restart. Today mid-afternoon I tried watching and after about five minutes it stopped again. I’ll try again tonight but...... frustrating.
I found that if I 'rewind' the video a minute or so and restart, it will pause again at the same spot as it did originally. I tested this a number of times.
I also found that if I 'advance' the video a minute or so past the pausing point, it will then play on until the next pausing point.
I’m watching on an iPad.
Hi, I am sorry about the difficulties you are having. Are you using the IOS app on your IPad or the browser on the IPad? Often the difficulty you are describing is caused by using the browser on a mobile device not the app or by traffic at your local ISP. If you continue to have difficulty please contact our video provider by following this link https://watch.redeemtv.com/contact/support . They can then look into the issue in real time. Blessings Matt
Matt, thanks for the suggestion. I downloaded the app to my iPad and have not had any issues with the video stream pausing. I’ve watched several movies to test it out. I would have commented earlier but couldn’t do it on the forum because it’s apparently not available in the app.
