Correct me if I'm wrong, but Additional Donor Content is only available via the Internet on a computer? The Roku app does not reflect such a category of content, as far as I can see. And when I added Vindication S2 E1 to My List on the web, it is not reflected in the Roku app My List. So currently, it appears that if one wants Additional Donor Content on a TV one has to connect a laptop to a TV? I hope this changes soon.
I figured out what to do. I removed the Roku app, then reinstalled in. This required me to login again. The app required me to enter a 4 letter activation code at the watch.redeemtv.com website, which I accessed via my phone. But before it would let me enter the code, Redeem sent me an email to confirm my email address. Once that was confirmed, I could enter the 4 letter code. It took the Roku app some 10 seconds or so to acknowledge that. Inside the Roku app I then went to Library, Within that, beneath My List, was a new category called Purchases. The Additional Donor Content (all of it!) was now there and I can watch it on our TV. These steps should be provided to donors in an email, I think.
