I watched RedeemTV on my television through my Roku, many documentaries, Vindication, TorchLighters, etc & now my library & viewing is locked! How did it get locked & how do I unlock my shows? Please, don't say go to the website watch.redeemtv.com/activate and enter code when prompted because... it doesn't work. This is very frustrating! I can't watch with a family member on the big screen when I have always been able to, what happened?

I'm sorry you are struggling with accessing the Additional Donor Content (ADC) via your Roku device. There may be a couple of reasons for this. The email that is connected with Customer71472 has not been granted access to the ADC as your donation must have been connected to a different email address. A new login is required by Roku as they just recently upgraded their app, which is probably where the confusion over emails originated.
