Because of changes to the Roku policy, many of our users have had difficulties logging into the Roku app. Our apps team has created a solution to this problem and the Roku apps should automatically update on Tuesday, March 28th at 10am pacific time with the patch. If you have been struggling to login, this should resolve the issues you have been experiencing.
The Roku app will now require password authentication instead of relying on the activation code. Users who are logging into the Roku app with a password for the first time will need to use the password reset/forgot password function to set their Roku password for RedeemTV.
