Vindication is a faith-based crime drama that follows the investigative work of Detective Gary Travis in a small Texas town. Travis’s investigations are often resolved in unexpected ways when the truth is revealed and the innocent are vindicated.
Each episode revolves around a topical issue such as infidelity, drug addiction, human trafficking etc. A clear spiritual lesson is evident in each episode and the transforming power of the Christian Gospel is the central theme. Det. Travis’s encounters with faithful Christians who trust in God in the midst of dire circumstances, leads him on his own spiritual journey.
Veteran character actor, Todd Terry (Because of Gracia, Breaking Bad) stars as Det. Gary Travis. Terry is joined by a cast of other outstanding actors including; Peggy Schott, Venus Monique and Emma Elle Roberts.
The primary suspect in each episode is played by a guest star, often a recognizable name to faith-based audiences. Guest stars to date include Ben Davies (Courageous), Masey McLain (I’m Not Ashamed), Ashley Bratcher (War Room, 90 Minutes in Heaven), Rachel Hendrix (October Baby.)
